Kirk Tinsley launched his real estate career in 1996 and founded Crye-Leike Executive Realty in April 2002. Under his leadership, the agency has evolved into a market leader and trusted name in real estate brokerage in the region.

Kirk is an active member of several professional organizations, including the National Association of Realtors, the Kentucky Association of Realtors, and the Realtors Association of Southern Kentucky. He currently serves on both the Board of Directors and the REIS Board of Directors for the Realtors Association of Southern Kentucky. His leadership roles include serving as President in 2009 and again in 2011 for the REIS Board. In recognition of his dedication and contributions to the field he was honored as the REALTOR of the Year by the Realtors Association of Southern Kentucky in 2010.

Vanessa began her career as a licensed real estate broker in 1986 and has gained extensive experience across all facets of the industry. Since the establishment of Crye-Leike Executive Realty in 2001, she has been an integral part of the team. Currently, Vanessa serves as the Relocation Director, where she oversees the relocation and REO divisions. She also holds the esteemed RCC designation, further showcasing her expertise in the field.
