In addition to its natural beauty, the area also has an amusement park and a drag strip. You can rent campsites by the day, week, or month, with rates starting at $65 per day. Only one car and one tent are allowed per campsite, so if you want to bring friends with you, they'll need to book their own.

  Also on the Barren River is Bailey's Point Campground. Open April through October near Scottsville homes for sale, they have 215 sites available for either tents or RVs, with access to basketball and sand volleyball courts, a fire pit, and picnic tables, plus an amphitheater for weekend movie nights. There's also a beautiful lake that's perfect for boating or water skiing.   Warren County Parks and Recreation Department is a large complex of parks where you can do everything from camping to fishing to playing a variety of different sports, such as football, basketball, pickleball, or field hockey. There are trails for hiking, picnic tables for eating, and a lake for boating or for feeding the ducks and geese. There's something for everyone.
