Kirk Tinsley

Since beginning his real estate career in 1996, Kirk has built a distinguished reputation for leadership, integrity, and excellence in the real estate industry. In April 2002, he founded Crye-Leike Executive Realty, guiding the firm’s growth into a respected market leader and trusted name throughout the region.

Kirk leads his brokerage by example, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to his agents and their success. His hands-on leadership and dedication to providing guidance and support ensure that every agent has the resources and direction needed to deliver an exceptional client experience and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Kirk is an active member of the National Association of REALTORS®, the Kentucky Association of REALTORS®, and the REALTORS® Association of Southern Kentucky. He has served in numerous leadership roles within the local real estate community, including serving as President of the REALTORS® Association of Southern Kentucky in 2009 and as President of the REIS Board of Directors. In recognition of his dedication, leadership, and contributions to the industry, Kirk was named the 2010 REALTOR® of the Year by the REALTORS® Association of Southern Kentucky.

Office Manager

Vanessa Shaw

Vanessa began her career as a licensed real estate broker in 1986 and has gained extensive experience across all facets of the industry. Since the establishment of Crye-Leike Executive Realty in 2001, Vanessa has been an integral part of the team by maintaining a seamless and elevated experience for our agents and clients.

As CFO, Vanessa handles and oversees the brokerage’s reporting, cash flow, commission & vendor payments, payroll, and overall fiscal performance, as well as leading the REO division. In her role as Office Manager, Vanessa provides strategic oversight of the brokerage’s daily operations, ensuring an exceptional standard of professionalism, efficiency, and service.

With a strong focus on organization, communication, and operational excellence, Vanessa helps cultivate a polished, productive environment that supports the brokerage’s continued growth and success.

Relocation Director

Katharina Cisco

With more than 20 years of real estate and corporate relocation experience, Katharina provides strategic leadership for the brokerage’s relocation program, managing national and international referrals, corporate relocation partnerships, and relocation networks. She ensures compliance with relocation policies, service-level agreements, and client requirements while overseeing transaction performance.

A key part of her role is training, and mentoring agents in relocation procedures and best practices, ensuring they understand and consistently adhere to the standards established by corporate clients and relocation management companies. She matches relocating clients with qualified agents, monitors performance and client satisfaction, and provides ongoing coaching to deliver exceptional service.

Originally from Austria and fluent in German, Katharina brings a unique global perspective and firsthand understanding of domestic and international relocation. She serves as a trusted point of contact for corporate clients, relocation management companies, and referral partners, helping ensure seamless transitions for individuals, families, and corporations. She holds the CRP®, CRS®, ABR®, SFR, AHWD, and LSR designations, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence, leadership, and continued education.

Marketing Director

Audrey Tuck

Audrey has been with Crye-Leike since 2018, providing ongoing marketing and technology support to agents throughout the company. With a degree in Graphic Design, Audrey brings a strong creative eye and professional design expertise to the brokerage.

As Marketing Director, Audrey oversees the brokerage’s marketing strategy, brand presence, and promotional efforts, with a focus on supporting agents and maximizing exposure for listings. Audrey is responsible for scheduling open houses, designing marketing flyers, social media graphics, digital ads, and other promotional materials that effectively promote listings and strengthen brand awareness.

In addition, Audrey hosts regular training sessions focused on the latest technology tips, tools, and marketing strategies, helping agents enhance their marketing capabilities and work more efficiently. Through Audrey’s combination of design expertise, marketing knowledge, and industry experience, Audrey provides the resources and support agents need to grow their businesses and succeed in today’s competitive real estate market.

Transaction Coordinator

Suzanne Pippin

As Transaction Coordinator, Suzanne plays an important role in guiding the administrative side of each transaction from contract to closing. She manages under-contract updates, monitors transaction status and important deadlines, and ensures sold listings are properly closed out upon completion. Her attention to detail helps keep transactions organized, accurate, and moving smoothly throughout the process.

Suzanne carefully reviews transaction files to ensure all required forms, signatures, and documentation are complete and in accordance with brokerage and MLS requirements. She follows up on outstanding items and serves as a resource for agents, assisting with transaction-related questions, documentation, and compliance needs.

At the end of each month, Suzanne also reconciles completed transactions to help maintain accurate company reporting and records. Through her organization, consistency, and behind-the-scenes support, she helps our agents stay focused on serving their clients while ensuring the details of each transaction are handled properly.

Data Entry Specialist

Leslie Conover

As Data Entry Specialist, Leslie plays an important role in ensuring new listings are entered accurately and existing property information remains current throughout the listing process. With a strong attention to detail, she helps maintain accurate listing data and ensures information is properly entered and updated within company and MLS systems.

Leslie carefully reviews submitted listing documents for completeness, follows up with agents regarding missing or incomplete forms, and ensures required paperwork is properly uploaded and maintained within the Instanet platform. Her work helps ensure listing files remain organized, accurate, and compliant with brokerage and MLS requirements.

Leslie also serves as a resource for agents, answering questions and providing guidance on completing, signing, and submitting documents through Instanet. Through her accuracy, organization, and ongoing support, she helps make the listing process more efficient for our agents while ensuring important details and documentation are handled properly.

Administrative Assistant

Trish Allen

As Administrative Assistant, Trish provides essential support to our agents and staff while helping keep the day-to-day operations of the brokerage organized and running smoothly. She assists with a variety of administrative needs and serves as a welcoming point of contact for clients, visitors, agents, and vendors.

Trish helps manage the front desk, answers and directs incoming calls, assists with general inquiries, and provides support with scheduling, correspondence, and other daily office needs. Her role allows her to work closely with both agents and staff, helping ensure questions are addressed, information is communicated, and important tasks are handled efficiently.

Trish also assists with office events and other administrative projects throughout the brokerage. Through her organization, helpful approach, and willingness to assist wherever needed, she helps create an efficient, professional, and welcoming environment for our agents, clients, and everyone who visits our office.
