2026 Graphic Design Internship
Hands-on summer internship creating real estate marketing and design content. Work directly with our Marketing Director and leave with portfolio-ready pieces and practical workflow skills.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at WKU or another college in related program
- Able to work on-site in Bowling Green, KY
- Basic familiarity with graphic design or creative software
Preferred Qualifications
- Comfortable with Canva; Adobe is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Basic understanding of social media formats
- Clear communication and reliability
- Ability to follow templates and brand guidelines
Responsibilities
- Create and resize branded graphics for social media posts, stories, and marketing campaigns
- Draft caption copy using approved templates and brand guidelines
- Assist with scheduling posts and maintaining organized content calendars
- Gather listing details, photos, and agent information for marketing use
- Update listing flyers using our templates
- Swap photos, pricing, features, and agent details as listings change
- Export versions for both print and social media use
- Double-check flyers for accuracy, spacing, and overall look
- Keep marketing files organized and easy to find
- Assist with simple website content updates after training
- Organize marketing requests, assets, and shared design files
