Kirk Tinsley is the President of Crye-Leike Property Management Inc., located at 1278 Campbell Lane Bowling Green Ky. 42104, Crye-Leike Property Management currently manages over 125 individual homes and apartments, 1 Homeowner’s Association (150 units), over 200,000 square feet of retail and office space.

He is a veteran of the United States Navy and also attended Western Kentucky University. He has been in real estate sales and brokerage since 1996 and specializes in Commercial Leasing and Sales. Kirk also runs the day to day operation of Crye-Leike Executive Realty, a full service real estate company with over 50 agents and employees. He has worked on numerous real estate projects, including residential and commercial developments as a Realtor, owner/investor and consultant.
   
 Kirk is an active member of the Realtor Association of Southern Kentucky,  the Kentucky Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He has served in many local leadership roles on both the Realtors Association of Southern Kentucky Board of Directors and Real Estate Information Board of Directors which provides and controls the Multiple Listing Service for the local board. Kirk served as the 2009 President of the Realtors Association  of Southern kentucky and is also serving at the state level on the Budget and Finance committee for the Kentucky Association of Realtors.

Kirk has been the owner and principal broker of Crye-Leike Executive Realty since 2001. During this time Crye-Leike’s sales volume has accounted for well over a half a billion dollars of Real Estate.

 

An experienced and professional property manager, Debra is responsible for the day to day operations of Crye-Leike Executive Realty’s Property Management division.  During her 23 plus year real estate career, she has managed both small and large portfolios with a variety of different ownership groups. 

After attending Western Kentucky University, Debra completed courses in Residential Management and Planning offered by the Institute of Real Estate Management, the National Center for Housing Management, and the National Apartment Association.  She has received the Accredited Residential Manager designation, the Certified Apartment Manager designation, is a Certified Occupancy Specialist and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
 
Before joining Crye-Leike, Debra most recently worked as an Area Manager for Education Realty Trust, a real estate investment trust, managing properties in both Kentucky and Tennessee.  She understands the various goals that each owner has for their property from the smallest operation to the largest multi-building complex and serves as a connecting link between ownership, the management firm, staff, residents and the neighborhood.  Debra is committed to each owner to formulate a management plan specific for their individual property, and will initiate strategies to achieve each owner’s goals for maximizing the return on their investment.
